1.Introduction.

This online privacy notice discloses the information practices for this Nicopop website, including what type of personally identifiable information is requested to make a purchase, how that information is used, and with whom it is shared. Nicopop does not sell products or services intended for purchase by children, and will not collect or publish information from a child under the age of 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Nicopop will notify the child's parent or guardian at the email address provided by the prospective customer, alerting the parent or guardian of the child's use of the Website and providing instructions on how the parent or guardian may remove the child's registration from the Website. Nicopop does not use personally identifiable information collected from children for marketing or promotional purposes, and does not disclose such information to any third party for any reason.

(d)Lost or Stolen Information.

If a customer's credit card and/or password is lost or stolen, the customer must promptly notify Nicopop so that Nicopop can cancel the lost or stolen information and update its records with an amended credit card and/or password. - (e) Chat rooms, forums and bulletin boards. If Customer participates in a Nicopop chat room, discussion forum or posts messages on a Nicopop bulletin board, Customer should be aware that the information disclosed and shared will be widely available to others, inside and/or outside Nicopop, who have access to that chat room, forum or bulletin board. Some Nicopop chat rooms, forums or bulletin boards have additional rules and conditions regarding participation. In addition, the opinion expressed by the participant is his or her own and should not be taken to reflect the opinion of Nicopop.

(f) Links to other websites.

A Nicopop website may contain links to other websites. Nicopop is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites.

3.uses made of the information

(a)Limited Identifiable Uses.

Without the customer's prior consent, Nicopop will not use your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it was submitted. Nicopop uses personally identifiable information to respond to inquiries, process complaints, provide operational notices and in maintaining program records. Nicopop also processes billing and business inquiries related to participation in the Nicopop website.

(b)Marketing Uses.

Unless Customer marks an "x" in the opt-out box provided herein, Nicopop reserves the right to provide Customer with information about Nicopop's website, Nicopop's products and services, and related information in which Customer has indicated an interest.

(c)Uses of Stored Information.

Nicopop stores and retains information provided by the customer OR information entered on the Nicopop website. This information is used to compile a customer's purchase history to enable Nicopop to recommend products, services or special offers that may be of interest to a customer. OR The stored information is used by Nicopop and/or Nicopop's agents to support the customer's interaction with Nicopop's website; to deliver the customer's purchases; and/or to contact the customer again about other Nicopop services and products.

(d)Online Advertising.

Certain companies that assist Nicopop in providing interactive online advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about Nicopop's customers to help Nicopop better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to Nicopop's customers. After information is collected, it is aggregated so that it is not identifiable to a specific individual. If, however, the customer prefers that these companies not collect such information, please check the opt-out box provided.

4.disclosure of information.

(a) Mergers and Acquisitions.

Circumstances may arise where, for business reasons, Nicopop decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its business in Luxembourg or in another country. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personally identifiable information to prospective or actual purchasers, and/or the receipt of such information from sellers. It is Nicopop's practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

(a) No personal information is collected.

Nicopop's website(s) are not configured to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through website access logs, Nicopop collects clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain types of non-identifiable site usage data, such as the number of accesses and visits to our sites. This information is used internally by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis, and business decision making, all of which help to provide better service to the public. The statistics collected, which do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.

Nicopop may also use web beacons or other technologies to better tailor its website(s) and provide better customer service. If these technologies are used, when a visitor accesses those pages of the website, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated and may be processed by Nicopop or its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If the customer does not want cookie information associated with their visits to these pages, they can set their browser to disable cookies; however, web beacons and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are ignored.

(d)Collection of Non-Identifiable Information.

Nicopop may collect non-identifiable information from users' visits to Nicopop's website(s) in order to provide better customer service. Examples of this collection include: traffic analysis, such as tracking the domains from which users visit, or tracking the number of visitors; measuring visitor activity on Nicopop's website(s); website and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. This information is sometimes known as "clickstream data". Nicopop or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

(e)Collection of personal information.

Nicopop collects personally identifiable information from the customer during a transaction. If the customer does not check the "I do not agree" box, the customer will be deemed to have agreed to Nicopop's updated privacy policy.

(b)Right of withdrawal.

The customer and/or potential customer has the right at any time to stop allowing their personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Nicopop and/or any third party with whom Nicopop has shared and/or transferred such personal information. The right of cancellation can be exercised by contacting Nicopop by e-mail at [email protected]. After processing the cancellation, Nicopop will remove the personal information of the customer or potential customer from its database.

8.Access Rights to Data.

(a) Information Held by Nicopop.

Upon Customer's request, Nicopop will provide a reasonable description of Customer's personally identifiable information. Nicopop can be contacted by e-mail at [email protected].

(b) Corrections and Changes to Personal Information.

Help Nicopop maintain the accuracy of the customer's personal information. If Customer's personal information changes, or if Customer notices an error when reviewing Customer's information that Nicopop has on file, please promptly email [email protected].

9.Responsibility.

(a) Questions, problems and complaints.
